Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PetGoLife mobile application (“App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PetGoLife is developed and operated by Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş.

2. Description of Service

PetGoLife is a mobile application that helps pet owners track and manage their pets’ health, including but not limited to:

  • Medical records and vaccination tracking
  • Medication scheduling and reminders
  • Feeding schedules and dietary tracking
  • Activity logging and weight monitoring
  • Grooming schedule management
  • Care reports for meals, weight and activity

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your pets
  • Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Not use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PetGoLife is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The App is designed to help you track and manage your pet’s health information, but it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App is for informational and organizational purposes only
  • You should always consult with a licensed veterinarian for medical advice
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the App
  • In case of a pet health emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App (“User Content”), including pet photos and health records. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display that content only as necessary to provide and operate PetGoLife.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time without notice.

10. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds

Full access to the App requires a paid auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual). We may offer a free trial before payment is charged. By starting a trial or subscription, you agree to the price, duration, and billing terms shown at the time of purchase. A paid subscription is required to use the App.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current price.

You can manage or cancel auto-renewal at any time:

  • iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Manage subscription in the App

Canceling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited if you purchase a subscription. Refunds and cancellation requests are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple’s policies; we do not process refunds directly. For refund requests, please contact Apple support.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELICOLABS YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. AND PETGOLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App settings. See Delete account.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You may have rights under applicable data protection laws to access, correct, or delete your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to contact us.

17. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by PetGoLife. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You acknowledge and agree that PetGoLife shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party services.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@petgolife.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may bring a claim in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PetGoLife regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

22. Waiver

The failure of PetGoLife to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PetGoLife.

23. Apple App Store

If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and PetGoLife / Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş., not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the App. Your use of the App must comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
