Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PetGoLife mobile application (“App”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

PetGoLife is developed and operated by Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş.

2. Description of Service

PetGoLife is a mobile application that helps pet owners track and manage their pets’ health, including but not limited to:

  • Medical records and vaccination tracking
  • Medication scheduling and reminders
  • Feeding schedules and dietary tracking
  • Activity logging and weight monitoring
  • Grooming schedule management
  • Care reports for meals, weight and activity
  • Optional AI-generated care tips, which you can turn off in Settings

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use PetGoLife, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information so that it stays accurate, current, and complete.

Access to the App’s subscription-protected features requires an active paid subscription or an eligible introductory free trial. Creating an account by itself does not provide that access.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your pets
  • Not use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
  • Not use the App to transmit any malicious code or harmful content

5. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: PetGoLife is not a substitute for professional veterinary care. The App is designed to help you track and manage your pet’s health information, but it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The App is for informational and organizational purposes only
  • You should always consult with a licensed veterinarian for medical advice
  • We are not responsible for any health decisions you make based on information in the App
  • In case of a pet health emergency, contact your veterinarian or emergency veterinary clinic immediately
  • Optional AI-generated tips and other insights may be incomplete or inaccurate. They are not veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and you should not rely on them instead of a licensed veterinarian

6. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the App (“User Content”), including pet photos, meal photos, and health records. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, store, and display that content only as necessary to provide and operate PetGoLife.

If you allow AI care tips, that license includes sending a care-data summary to our servers and to the AI provider described in our Privacy Policy (currently OpenAI, and/or a model we host) solely to generate those tips.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant us the license described above.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or entity
  • In any way that infringes upon the rights of others

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide continuous access to the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. The App may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or technical problems, and access may be suspended or ended for a legitimate service change.

Where advance notice is practicable or required by law, we will give it. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you, or any access Apple still provides during a current subscription period.

AI care tips may be unavailable, delayed, or replaced with rule-based tips when a model is not configured, the request fails, or you have turned the feature off.

10. Paid Subscriptions and Refunds

PetGoLife offers auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions. Access to the App’s subscription-protected features requires an active paid subscription or, where offered to you, an eligible introductory free trial.

A 7-day introductory free trial may be available, but only to eligible users. Apple determines whether your Apple ID is eligible. These Terms do not promise that every user, or every Apple ID, will receive a free trial.

During the purchase flow, including Apple’s purchase confirmation interface where that interface applies, you are shown the applicable subscription price, duration, whether a trial is available for your Apple ID, and the renewal terms. A trial is shown only when Apple determines that your Apple ID is eligible. Prices can vary by storefront and may change. The price and terms shown for that purchase are the ones that apply to it.

Apple charges App Store purchases to your Apple ID. We do not take payment ourselves and we do not store your payment card details. RevenueCat is used so we can recognize your subscription status.

If a free trial is available to you and you do not cancel before it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the applicable price when the trial ends. The subscription then renews at the end of each billing period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends. Apple charges a renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the price then in effect.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through Apple:

  • iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Manage subscription in the App after you subscribe

Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not normally end access immediately. You keep access until the end of the current trial or billing period.

Deleting your PetGoLife account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel that subscription separately through Apple.

If you purchase a subscription while part of a free trial is still unused, that unused portion is forfeited, as stated in the purchase terms shown to you. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies. We do not issue those refunds.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INTELICOLABS YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. AND PETGOLIFE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED OR RULE-BASED TIPS.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

You can request deletion of your PetGoLife account in the App. Deletion follows the 30-day recovery period and the later permanent deletion described in our Privacy Policy, including restoration during that period by signing in with the same supported method. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple subscription. See Delete account.

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, or for another legitimate reason, subject to applicable law. Where the law requires notice, we will give it. When your right to use the service ends, it ends subject to any current subscription period Apple still provides and to the recovery period in the Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use the App, including optional sharing with OpenAI for AI care tips. Where consent is required, we request it separately in the App.

You may have rights under applicable data protection laws to access, correct, or delete your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details, including how to contact us.

17. Age Restrictions

The App is intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 13, you may not use the App. If you are between 13 and 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet the age requirements and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

18. Third-Party Services

The App may use or link to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not owned or controlled by PetGoLife, including OpenAI when you allow AI care tips. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

You acknowledge and agree that PetGoLife shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any third-party services.

19. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a claim, you agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at support@petgolife.com. We will try to resolve the dispute within 60 days of receiving your notice.

If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, either party may bring a claim in the competent courts of Istanbul, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under the laws of your country of residence.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PetGoLife regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.

22. Waiver

The failure of PetGoLife to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of PetGoLife.

23. Apple App Store

If you download the App from the Apple App Store, these Terms govern your use of the PetGoLife service. They are an agreement between you and Intelicolabs Yazılım Hizmetleri A.Ş.

Apple’s terms also apply to the App Store download and to App Store purchases and subscriptions. Where Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the licensed application, that agreement is separate from these Terms.

These Terms do not change Apple’s terms. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s applicable license or purchase terms on a subject those Apple terms cover, Apple’s terms control that subject. These Terms control the PetGoLife service, your account, and your content as between you and us. Section 21 does not replace Apple’s separate license or purchase terms where those apply.

Apple is not responsible for the PetGoLife service or its content. Questions about the service can be sent to support@petgolife.com. Any obligation Apple has is only the obligation stated in Apple’s applicable terms.
