Delete your PetGoLife account

You can delete your account yourself in the app. If you cannot open the app, email support@petgolife.com from the address on the account.

In the app

Open Settings and choose Delete account (also available on the paywall). Confirm twice. You will be signed out and deletion will be scheduled.

What is deleted

Your profile, pets, medical and vet records, activity and weight logs, medication and feeding history, grooming schedules, and other data tied to the account.

App Store subscription

Deleting your PetGoLife account does not cancel your App Store subscription.If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.

30-day recovery window

If you log in again within 30 days with the same email and password, the account and data are restored. After 30 days without logging in, deletion is permanent. Check email for the UTC deletion time.
